Taste translation

IIf you like seafood pasta, this is one of Italy’s purest versions — light, briny, garlicky, and full of sea flavor.

Zen's note

This is one of the great dishes of the Neapolitan coast. The real version is “in bianco” — no tomato, just garlic, white wine, and the juice of the clams. It tastes like the sea. Don’t add cheese. Ever.
